We welcome any and all pet-related businesses or services. Lifestyle businesses are also welcome, as we know that our guests appreciate the chance to shop for themselves too. Food trucks should use this form as well.
We seek to provide each exhibitor with the opportunity for success as soon as you register for our event. We promote exhibitors attending on our social media and list you on our website. The listing on our website provides a space for you to market your business with a description and connect with potential customers by providing contact information and social links.
Perks of being an exhibitor:
- Free parking near your booth in the parking lot (or drive in to set up/pack up)
- Website listing to promote your business
- Social media promotion on our social media leading up to the event
- Priority booking for future events
- Assistance from our volunteers to unload and load directly at your booth if requested in advance
- Opportunity to stay open during the evening concert to connect with more exhibitors
We want to support youth entrepreneurs to become confident business owners and so we are offering them a discounted booth site price. Youth vendors are considered anyone under the age of 18 or still attending secondary school.
Applications are NOT finalized until your application form is submitted and the booth site fee is paid. If you are not approved, the fee will be refunded. Payment may be made via etransfer or credit card/debit card.
All exhibitors must have their own insurance coverage and proof must be provided before the day of the event. We are able to offer table and tent rentals. If you are interested, please check off the items you are interested in on the application form and we will be in touch to discuss details.
